The Ritz-Carlton South Beach
Attention to detail & design were used to create and enhance the renovated Ritz Carlton. Featuring an 106'-0" long ArtModern Restaurant Canopy pool-side. (9) Lanai Awnings 30'-0"long, (36) Tower Awnings, (125) Balcony Partitions, and (5) Custom 10'-0" x 10'-0" Cabanas helped to create the ambience that sets this hotel apart from others! IAA 2004 Outstanding Achievement Award winner for Canopies Commercial, Multi-family.

Hilton Fort Lauderdale Resort
Custom canopies and cabanas distinguish the Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Beach Resort's new luxury property. A custom radiused Dining Canopy and five private dining cabanas were added to the Q Club dining area. They add sophisticated luxury and make dining at the resort an experience to remember. Six Pool-side custom cabanas provide a secluded tropical getaway for guests using the infinity pool.

The Dolphin Mall
Beyond the ordinary! This sophisticated and bold canopy accentuates this exciting shopping and entertainment destination in Miami. This valet canopy projects out 49'-0" and follows the sweeping curve of the driveway for 122'-0" It utilizes specially made elliptical trusses of large pipe. State of the art technologies were used to produce this canopy. The valet canopy covers 3,608 sq. ft. and is large enough for 2-3 charter buses and vehicular traffic. (Completed November 2007)

Zurra Restaurant - Anguilla, B.W.I.
This canopy is at the Golf Club at the St. Regis on the island of Anguilla, British West Indies. Architectural features around the resort and breath-taking views inspired this elegant canopy that was designed by Miami Awning Company to maximize and create an exquisite environment for lunch and dinner guests. The terrace canopy covers about 145'-0" in length and includes a specially designed 39'-0" diameter section. Innovative construction, quick installation, and fabrication to the Florida Building Code were used. Coordination of projects local and overseas is one of our specialties! (Completed March 2008)

Westin St. John Resort & Villas
A world-class resort hotel and time share. Various large canopies and awnings were installed at the main entrance reception area, ferry dock arrival, Snorkels Bar and Grill, Beach Cafe Service Area, pyramid awnings, poolside bandstand canopy, water sports service area, pool cabanas, beach massage cabanas, tennis shelters, support services maintenance canopy, and extensive awnings throughout the entire resort. Clients and management are kept happy by providing enticing tropical settings and shelters that provide all of the amenities needed for their resort, as well as protection from the tropical sun or storms. (Current customer last 10 years)

One of the world’s premier golf and spa destinations needed a series of fabric covered walkways for guests to be able to get to various locations at the resort. 7,359 sq. ft. of walkway canopies flow from the Greg Norman Pro Shop around a beautiful date palm and tie into an elevated pedestrian crossover canopy which then leads them to the greens at the award-winning 650 tropical acre resort. These canopies echo the tradition, superb style, and ambiance envisioned by the creators of the resort allowing guests to access all areas of the resort and provide shaded protection from the sun and rain. (Completed 2007)

Bayside Marketplace is in the heart of Miami, FL. Located on beautiful Biscayne Bay, in downtown Miami, it is a must see for tourists. A colorful two story shopping and entertainment area, awnings and canopies are featured throughout the waterfront area. Colorful striped awnings and canopies add excitement throughout project. Kiosks, outdoor dining canopies for various restaurants - maximize views and breezes, escalator and stair canopies and the stage canopy all tie in together creating a festive and elegant waterfront venue that is used year-round by residents and visitors.

Miami Seaquarium
A new tension structure canopy was designed for Dolphin Harbor which is the home to Miami Seaquarium's dolphin interaction program. This is a 30'-0"l x 30'-0"w x 20'-0"h shade tension structure that is part of the 12,000 sq. ft. pool area. This canopy is designed to the highest standards since it is situated over the dolphin tank where 10 Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphins swim. Special engineering, plates, and features were incorporated in the fabrication of this canopy. The frame work was lifted and put in place in one piece to facilitate a clean, quick installation.

South Miami Hospital
This custom walkway canopy was manufactured and designed to provide a covered walkway for weather protection between the Main Hospital Building and a new parking garage. This canopy is 15'-10"wide x 73'-10"long and 48'-0" above ground level. Special modular fabrication allowed the framework to be installed in less than 3 hours. (Completed 2005)

Texas de Brazil Restaurant
A vibrant new valet canopy 24'-0"wide x 56'-0" in projection welcomes patrons visiting Texas de Brazil and the Miami Beach Marina. Made to the customer's specifications and engineering needed for Hurricane prone areas. (Completed April 2008)
