The owner of Brooklyn Water Bagel wanted to expand the seating area for their new location in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. The Corradi Impact retractable system used allows the flexibility to have the outdoor area covered or open when the weather is great. This custom design has a special front truss and a special beam was placed for fans so nothing will interfere with the beautiful Eclissi fabric above. The project was painted a special antique bronze to reflect and old Brooklyn look.

Now, those working downtown stand in line to get their great food and the area under the outdoor retractable canopy provides the protection and ambiance for patrons to gather for coffee, meals, snacks, or down time.
