Our manufacturing facility is located on over 1 acre, providing us with the necessary space to design, layout, and fabricate your project. The finest quality materials are used in your framework - steel or aluminum, mig, tig, and rod welding. Electrostatic painting or powder coating is used to paint your framework. The latest equipment is used to fabricate your vinyl or fabric cover: hot-air sealer, bar sealer, or sewing machines. Our installation will meet or surpass Florida Building Code. Installations will be square, plumb, and level. Head attachments are sealed to prevent water leaks. Awnings, as well as properties, are left clean. The aforementioned are just MINIMUM STANDARDS YOU SHOULD EXPECT REGARDING YOUR PROJECT INSTALLATION.
Large installations
Large projects call for working closely with the contractor, architect, and owner. We specialize in coordinating the design envisioned, to the reality of engineering and fabricating the project to meet the Florida Building Code. Working closely with the contractor and other trades is necessary in order to make sure that footings are properly in place and inspections are called at the appropriate time.
