These are contemporary and innovative awnings that are installed on the façade of the parking garage/recreation area of a 5-star condominium. The “Wave” panel design of the awnings harmonizes with this vibrant cosmopolitan condominium. These awnings are an innovative way to add architectural interest to the facade of the parking garage/recreation structure of a condominium. The owners of this new condominium also wanted to keep the headlights of vehicles from distracting residents across the street. These awnings add harmony to the façade and flow toward the entry of the condominium. Innovative construction methods were used to measure, design and fabricate the awnings so that installation would be able to be quickly accomplished.
The customer was thrilled! The facade is creative, impressive and sophisticated like the many owners. It is impressive to see the quiet serene “waves” on the façade which catch your attention and flow to the entrance.
This condominium has sumptuous water views and the awnings on the façade welcome you as you approach the entrance.
